Laws to protect nurse title re-pledged after high-profile baby death
Legislation to criminalise the false use of the nurse title will be addressed this parliament, says health and social care secretary Wes Streeting. The action was prompted by calls from a coroner and nurse leaders after the death of four-month-old Madison Bruce Smith, grandson of football manager Steve Bruce.
