Nurse in trans doctor changing room row wins harassment claim
NHS Fife emergency department nurse Sandie Peggie has won a harassment claim against a health board after being suspended for objecting to sharing a changing room with a transgender colleague. While the harassment claim was upheld, allegations of discrimination, indirect discrimination and victimisation were dismissed.
