Nurses who advertise Botox could face sanctions

Nurses who break advertising rules and promote prescription-only drugs to the public could face sanctions and even be struck off. The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) has issued a reminder from the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) to all registered nurses and nursing associates of the rules around marketing prescription-only medications, which has been supported by the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses.
