Nurse wins £23,000 tribunal payout over race discrimination
A black nurse who faced race discrimination will now receive a £23,000 pay-out for loss of earnings. The mental health nurse denied accusations of sleeping on duty at a care home in Doncaster and an employment tribunal ruled that a manager’s unfair investigation of the allegations had deemed her guilty from the outset
