Nurses face lasting harm from ‘blame-focused’ NHS investigations
NHS nurses who are subject to investigations in their workplaces experience lasting harm to their mental health because processes are flawed and reflect employers’ blame culture, according to the Investigating the Investigators report by workplace culture expert Roger Kline.
