Band 6 nurses win rebanding and backpay after long battle
A group of district nurses who fought to be rebanded are now in line for back pay after winning their dispute with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, which admitted its job evaluation had taken too long. One of the unions representing the staff said the win should stand as an example to other employers that undervalue their nurses.
